Everything begins with a simple monthly membership. It gives you access to expert guidance, practical resources, and ongoing support, without a long-term lock-in. Once you have joined, you can book your included kickoff call.

That kickoff is a thirty-minute one-to-one conversation with Jessie Hewitson, our founder. It is a supportive space to talk through what is going on for your child, to understand the challenges at home or at school, and to identify clear, practical next steps. You do not need to have all the answers beforehand. There is no judgement — just a careful listen, and a way forward.

After the call, you receive personalised guidance and recommended next steps tailored to your family. You also get access to NeuroUniverse resources designed to be used, not just read — tools, checklists, and guidance you can return to whenever you need them.

Support does not stop after one conversation. As a member, you have monthly fifteen-minute check-ins to review progress and adjust strategies, plus continued access to resources as your child’s needs change. The idea is support that grows with your family — not a reset every time something new comes up.

If you need more specialist help later, members can access discounted sessions with experienced professionals — for example around school support, sleep, diet, anxiety, or mentoring. You choose if and when that extra support is right for you.
