Why Families Choose NeuroUniverse

Most SEND support leaves you firefighting from crisis to crisis. NeuroUniverse offers something different: a continuous relationship that grows with your family, guided by people who understand neurodiversity from both sides.

We’ve Been There Too

Our leadership and specialist network combine professional credentials with the reality of raising neurodivergent children. Jessie Hewitson is autistic, has ADHD, and has two neurodivergent children. Co-founder Alex Ardizzone is a mother of an ADHD daughter with senior leadership experience.

Our advice is grounded in real classrooms, real families, and real constraints. You’re understood, not judged.

A Safety Net, Not Just a One-Off Call

Most services offer one-off appointments that leave you to implement advice alone. Each new challenge means starting from scratch with professionals who don’t know your story.

NeuroUniverse provides continuous care. Monthly check-ins mean your support evolves with your family. It’s preventative maintenance, not just firefighting.

Come With Problems, Leave With a Plan

SEND parents drown in conflicting advice and decision paralysis. You need a filter, not a firehose.

We tell you which resources to use and when. Your personalized plan identifies what will help now and what can wait. We turn complexity into clarity so you can actually take action.

Your Child Doesn’t Need Fixing

Traditional services focus on “managing behaviors.” NeuroUniverse starts from a different place: neurodivergent children need understanding and support, not fixing.

We prioritize connection and wellbeing over compliance. When a child feels safe, happy, and understood, everything else follows.

Specialists You Can Actually Trust

Finding neurodivergent-affirming specialists is often a gamble. Will they use outdated advice? Will they understand your child’s profile?

Our specialist network is carefully curated. Many are neurodivergent themselves. All are vetted for modern, affirming practices. You’ll never encounter outdated or harmful approaches—that’s guaranteed.

From Overwhelm to Clarity

Parenting a neurodivergent child often means navigating endless advice, conflicting opinions, and feeling alone in the challenge. You deserve more than generic tips or one-off consultations that leave you back where you started.

NeuroUniverse provides ongoing, personalized expert guidance that evolves as your family’s needs change. From the first call to monthly check-ins, you’ll have support that’s calm, clear, and actually helpful.

How NeuroUniverse Works

Everything begins with our simple monthly membership. Here’s the process from uncertainty to confident action:

Step 1: Join the NeuroUniverse Membership

Your membership gives you access to expert guidance, practical resources, and ongoing support without pressure or long-term commitment. Once you’ve joined, you can book your included kickoff call.

£14.95 per month • Cancel anytime • No long-term commitment

Step 2: Your Kickoff Call

You’ll book a 30-minute one-to-one kickoff call with Jessie, our founder. This is a calm, supportive space to talk through what’s going on for your child, understand current challenges at home or school, and identify clear, practical next steps.

There’s no judgment and no expectation to have answers beforehand.

Step 3: A Personalized Way Forward

After your kickoff call, you’ll receive clear guidance and recommended next steps tailored to your family’s needs. You’ll also gain access to NeuroUniverse resources designed to be used, not just read, including practical tools, checklists, and guidance you can return to anytime. There’s no judgment and no expectation to have answers beforehand.

Step 4: Ongoing Support

Monthly 15-minute maintenance calls keep you on track as things evolve. Need specialist help? Access our curated team of SENCOs, sleep experts, dietitians, and anxiety specialists at discounted member rates. You’re never alone in the process.

What Parents Say

We booked a 60 minute session with Hannah. Her advice was absolutely bang on – realistic, practical, and delivered with real empathy. We were dealing with a very complex family situation, and there wasn’t a single question she couldn’t answer. Her breadth of experience was immediately clear.

We came away not just feeling understood, but with a clear plan. Hannah even drafted a letter for us to send to school, which made a huge difference. After the session, we felt far less anxious and much more in control of the next steps.

Clare, York

What stood out most about our session with the NeuroUniverse professional was how quickly she helped us make sense of an extremely difficult situation. She was calm, clear and reassuring, and able to cut through the noise to focus on what really mattered for our family.

We left the call with concrete next steps and a way forward that finally felt manageable. Having a clear plan made a huge difference. Afterwards, we felt far less overwhelmed and much more confident about how to move forward.

Eddie, Lancashire

I felt supported, not judged. Jessie and the team understand what it’s like to raise neurodivergent kids because they live it too. You can tell they actually get it and having them understanding PDA made all the difference.

Rachel, Bristol
