Step 1: Join the NeuroUniverse Membership
Your membership gives you access to expert guidance, practical resources, and ongoing support – without pressure or long-term commitment.
Once you’ve joined, you can book your included kickoff call.
Step 2: Your Kickoff Call
You’ll book a 30-minute one-to-one kickoff call with Jessie, our founder.
This is a calm, supportive space to:
- Talk through what’s going on for your child
- Understand current challenges at home or school
- Identify clear, practical next steps
There’s no judgement and no expectation to “have answers” beforehand.
Step 3: A Personalised Way Forward
After your kickoff call, you’ll receive clear guidance and recommended next steps tailored to your family’s needs.
You’ll also gain access to NeuroUniverse resources designed to be used, not just read – including practical tools, checklists, and guidance you can return to anytime.
Step 4: Ongoing Support
Support doesn’t stop after one conversation.
As a member, you’ll receive:
- Monthly 15-minute maintenance calls to check progress and adjust strategies
- Continued access to resources as your child’s needs evolve
This allows support to grow with your family – not reset each time.

Who runs the monthly check-ins?
Your check-ins are conducted by experienced NeuroUniverse practitioners who understand your history and your plan.
Do both parents need to attend the consultation?
No, but it helps if possible. We recommend whoever manages the day-to-day support attends, and the plan can be shared with your family.
