Practical neurodiversity training for managers who want to support people well – day to day, not just in theory.
We help organisations move from good intentions to confident, workable practice.
Why It Matters
Many organisations care about inclusion.
But managers are often unsure what good support actually looks like at work.
They worry about saying the wrong thing, getting it wrong legally, or making things worse instead of better.
NeuroUniverse provides clear, practical training that helps managers understand neurodiversity at work – and act with confidence, clarity, and care.
We empower Neurodivergent colleagues to identify challenges and agree clear, workable plans.
Lived experience at the centre
All NeuroUniverse trainers are neurodivergent themselves.
They bring lived experience alongside professional expertise, speaking honestly about what helps, what harms, and what truly makes a difference at work.
This grounded approach creates trust, nuance, and practical insight that participants consistently value.
Founded by Jessie Hewitson
Jessie Hewitson is a UK voice on neurodiversity. She’s the author of books How to Raise a Happy Autistic Child and How to Raise a Happy ADHD Child, based on years of research supporting neurodivergent children.
Jessie is autistic and has ADHD, and is mother to neurodivergent children. Her work blends research and lived experience, making support calmer and clearer.
With co-founder Alex Ardizzone, a finance director and mother, she built NeuroUniverse on one belief: neurodivergent children don’t need fixing – they need understanding, support, and strategies that prioritize happiness and wellbeing.
It helps families move from crisis to calm.
